rice Buildings Inc.was formed in 1985 in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Nestled in the heart of the
Blue Ridge Mountains our goal was to provide Post-Frame buildings and general contracting
services for the agricultural and light commercial industry.
The number one obligation in achieving that goal was our commitment to
always provide quality work at a fair price. As customers began to realize our commitment
the business grew quickly with new and repeat clients.
As the reputation of Price Buildings Inc. increased, we began to get request
for larger more diverse structures. In 1988 due to the increased demand for larger
commercial buildings we expanded the business to include Pre-Engineered Steel buildings.
Over the years Price Buildings Inc. has provided complete design-build
services to many businesses in the area. We have negotiated multiple projects for many of
our customers. We routinely provide services for all aspects of the construction process
from planning and engineering to turnkey general contracting of the project.
Our building crews are some of the most experienced in the area and understand
the commitment of Price Buildings Inc. to always provide quality work.
We use a select group of sub-contractors whom we hold to the same standards
and quality we demand in our projects. They also share our commitment to provide our
customers the economy they deserve.
Today we still provide quality Post-Frame buildings, but we also have the
experience and resources to handle all phases of large commercial projects as well.
